Luis Hernán is a recognized advisor to national companies and business families. He is currently member of the Consejo Asesor de CGE, Cumplo y Laboratoria. He is also director of Parque Arauco, Pesquera Camanchaca, Empresas SB, Corpora, and the Centro de Gobiernos Corporativos of the Universidad Católica. He is an angel investor in Cumplo and Khipu, as well as a columnist for Diario Financiero. In the last 15 years he has advised several companies in the improvement of their corporate governments and family entrepreneurs in the family government. He was also a Partner of Fontaine and Paul Consultores, Manager of Strategy and Management Control of Quiñenco and director among other companies of Aguas Andinas, Clínica Las Condes, Brotec, Ingevec, Santander Chile Holdings, Banco Edwards, AFP Capital, Enami, Sistema de Empresas Públicas (SEP), Interamericana Seguros de Vida, Telefónica del Sur, Gastronomía y Negocios, Banco HNS, Chilesat PCS, Santander Seguros de Vida, Habitaria and Salmonoil. He is a professor of Corporate Governance in the MBA Program and in the Diploma in Corporate Governance at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
Luis Hernán is a Civil Engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and holds an MBA from the Sloan School of Management of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
